    Got the digital kindle edition, which definitely helpful to browse and search through the vast amount of content. Great charts and models… recommended for everyone in (digital) innovation and transformation.

    I have read many books on leadership, but this is one of the most comprehensive I have read, as it has a lot of valuable information. I found the information proposed by the authors very complete and I also liked the approach proposed by them. I highly recommend this complete guide.

    How to Create Innovation is the kind of book that, in my opinion, everyone should read. Talking from personal experience, discovering opportunities and successfully executing them is extremely hard, and the best way to “take the leap” is by gathering information and borrowing/implementing these kinds of strategies to make the best with the resources and time available.

    Stefan Dieffenbacher and colleagues developed this book by mixing experience with knowledge, the type of book that requires many readings to fully understand some of the concepts. A great approach they take surrounding digital innovation, in my opinion, the future in evolution.

    Overall, a good fit for people looking to expand their knowledge about business and technology.

    How To Create Innovation is, as the title says, an ultimate guide to creating ultimate strategies and business models to create and develop innovation and digital transformation.

    This book leads you in education read regarding what conforms to innovation, what are its drivers, how to approach it as a company, and why it has become the way it is today. Then, you will learn the step-by-step solution called UNITE Innovation Approach, were it mainly tells you in a highly descriptive manner how to confront innovation and transformation. To add, understand why it’s important to have an entrepreneurial culture in the workplace, to have the mindset and predetermined drive to lead your work towards change. Finally, what business model is optimal for your company to drive and adapt yourself to innovation, and how to lead a digital transformation.

    The book truly blew my mind. I have a little experience in the business area but this helped me understand innovative companies even more and how they are as successful as they are today. The book I would say was intriguing offering structural content, like the ultimate guide that it is, to approach innovation and digital transformation. One thing I may say is that this book is more inclined to businessmen/women looking to increase the added value to their company and how they can do that by adapting to innovation and the digital world. I loved the content, as a business person and I highly recommend it!

    The book is fully packed with important information regarding the refining of innovative ideas. The author has written this book considering all his experiences as he successfully founded many startups. He has penned down all the necessary things that an entrepreneur should consider while planning an idea. The good thing about the book is that he has explained things using pictorial representations as well as practical solutions which can help understand things better.

    A very useful book for all people new to businesses as it directs your thinking to the right direction and focuses on the points which are often ignored in similar books written by other authors. I would highly recommend this book!
