The Strategy-to-Outcome Platform

Twelve things
a Strategy-to-Outcome Platform has to do.

We wrote down what a Strategy-to-Outcome Platform has to deliver,
and built an assessment so you can see where you stand.

The standard

Twelve requirements in four groups. Three levels each.
Answer for your own organization, as it works today.

Nothing here is a product feature. Each requirement describes a result, so any system that delivers it qualifies.

Your profile

One spoke per requirement, three rings for the three levels. The shape is yours alone — nothing else is plotted here.

What now

In place on — of 12

Bring one live initiative to a working session with your team. We run these twelve requirements against your own material, and you see what comes out before anything is signed.

Who is building this

Axibra Results is built to meet all twelve dimensions.

What is deliberately not on this list

Independent assurance

Whether a third party has attested the work. That is a property of a supplier, like sales reach. On a self-assessment it would measure your own procurement maturity instead, so it belongs in a comparison, not here.

Connection to your systems

One half of it, reading your own documents, is no longer a distinction and already sits inside requirement 4. The other half measures the IT maturity of the organization filling this in.

Plan testing

Testing a plan before you commit to it. This one passes every test we set: suppliers deliver it today, it stands on its own, and a house can answer it about itself. It is left out for length, and for no better reason.

Where these twelve dimensions come from

Fifteen years of codified methodology turned into software leveraging enterprise ontology. Published by Wiley and downloaded more than 100,000 times without a marketing budget.

No vendor is named on this page, and no organization is scored but yours.
