The shift
Strategy is the most consequential work a company does, and it is the only work still run on slides, threads and the memory of whoever was in the room.
Strategy that works is not a productivity gain. It decides whether a company shapes what comes next, or dies.
What the gap costs

We do not accept that failure is the norm.
A company that sets itself a goal should be able to reach it, whether it is a start-up venture or a Fortune 500.
What we stand for
Not luck, not seniority, not who happens to be in the room. Method, applied the same way every time, by the people who own the outcome.
The exception should be the initiative that fails, not the one that lands.
Fifteen years of codified methodology, published, and now running as software.
The idea is rarely the problem. The distance between the idea and the outcome is.
We're here to change how the world changes its organizations.
Not to advise more of them, and not to run their change for them. To give them the system, so they can run it themselves, and so the capability stays where the work happens.
We raise the odds of change for every organization — globally.
Enable every organization to change successfully.
That is the whole ambition, and it is larger than any single company, including ours.
By 2030, running strategy without a system will look as absurd as running finance without ERP.
Where this comes from
This is not a claim we inherited.
We developed the leading practices, published them, and we are building the system that runs them.
Where we stand
If you disagree with any of it, we would rather hear that in a conversation than have it stay a footnote on a page.
