The Strategy-to-Outcome Platform
Press and media resources: what we stand for, where we are taking this, and every line you can quote.
Strategy is the only major business function that never got a system of its own. It still runs on slides, threads, workshops and consulting days, and most initiatives miss their goals.
Digital Leadership spent fifteen years codifying how strategic work is actually done, published the method, and then built the software that runs it. Axibra Results is the result.
Press release
The company that spent fifteen years codifying how strategic work is done has turned that method into software, and taken the name of the product it now sells.
Digital Leadership is now Axibra, and its address moves with the name from digitalleadership.com to axibra.com. Digital Leadership AG remains the legal entity, the name on the contract and the sender in the footer of every page and every email.
The second change carries more weight than the first. The company no longer sells consulting days. It sells the system that replaces them. What clients bought was never the days; it was the method. The method is now software, and they run it themselves.
Behind it stand the UNITE Models, a library of 200+ leading practices downloaded more than 100,000 times without a marketing budget, and written down in “How to Create Innovation” (Wiley, 2024). The models were the published half of the work. Axibra is the half that runs.
Why it matters
Strategy is the only major business function that never got a system of its own. Finance has run on one for decades, so has the customer relationship. Strategy still runs on documents, meetings and chat threads — assembled by hand every time and abandoned at the end of the quarter.
The cost of that gap is measured. Around 35% of transformations reach their goals — BCG, more than 850 companies · correlational. 88% miss their ambition — Bain Transformation & Change Survey 2024, 400+ executives.
What the company is building
Axibra Results is the system for strategy: the published methodology and a formal model of the enterprise, run as software by an organization’s own people. It takes an organization’s context — a request for proposal, a strategy brief, its own documents — and returns the project workflow and the applied methods, business model, operating model and the rest, filled in on that data, quality-checked, and traceable to the source.
The load-bearing step is deterministic and runs locally, with no language-model call in sequencing the methodology into an executable plan. Every step traces back to the leading practice it came from and to the customer’s own inputs, and the content never leaves the machine the engine runs on.
The book publishes the models. It does not publish the knowledge model, the routing logic, or the validated manifests — that is what the engine runs on. Certification is in progress.
What stays
The UNITE Models stay, published under the UNITE name; nothing about them moves. UNITE was always the methodology, never the software, and it remains the methodology. Axibra is what runs it.
The book stays, the team stays — the people clients have worked with are the people who built the system — and Digital Leadership AG stays as the company on the contract.
Where this is going
Change how the world changes its organizations.
By 2030, running strategy without a system will look as absurd as running finance without ERP.
“I believe the purpose of all life is to evolve. For me personally it means to develop people and organizations. This is what I spend my time on.”

Organizations use Axibra Results to run strategy as software: their own people, more successful initiatives, knowledge that stays in-house. Built on 15 years of proven method. A product of Digital Leadership AG.
Axibra Results is the first system to design strategy as software: organizations use it to design the right strategy and carry it through to outcome — run by their own people, with the machine doing the heavy lifting. More initiatives succeed, in less time and at lower cost, and the knowledge stays in the house. Every step is grounded in validated leading practices, deterministic and auditable. It is built on fifteen years of codified methodology — published by Wiley, downloaded more than 100,000 times without a marketing budget — by Digital Leadership AG.
