Methodology Strategist

Turn field-proven methods into executable UNITE Models: defined inputs, outputs and sequencing. You have run real transformation or strategy work and can codify how it is done — not describe it, specify it, to the point where software can execute it and an auditor can follow it.

What the work is

  • Take a method that works in practice and specify it: what goes in, what comes out, what must be true before it runs, what it produces that the next model consumes.
  • Maintain and extend the corpus of UNITE Models — the validated body of leading practice Axibra Results executes.
  • Sit in live pilots, watch where a model breaks against a real organisation, and fix the model rather than the workaround.
  • Work with engineering on how a model becomes an interface: which decisions the software makes, which stay with the person.
  • Keep the chain traceable. Every output the platform produces has to be attributable to a named model and a named input.

What we are looking for

What the role needs

Without these, the role cannot be done.

  • Years of hands-on strategy, transformation or operating-model work inside real organisations — you have done the work, not only advised on it.
  • The habit of writing things down precisely. You can turn a workshop into a specification without losing what made it work.
  • Comfort being wrong in public. A model that fails in a pilot is information, and you will present it as such.
  • Fluent English. The corpus is written in English.

What helps

Genuinely optional. Apply without them.

  • Published or taught methodology — a book, a course, a framework of your own.
  • Experience with ontologies, taxonomies or any formal modelling of a domain.
  • German, for pilot work in the DACH region.

Your first ninety days

So you know what we expect, and when.

  1. Weeks 1–4read the corpus end to end and sit in on two live pilots. You will find the seams; write them down.
  2. Weeks 5–8take one model that is known to be weak and rebuild it, from specification to the engineering hand-off.
  3. Weeks 9–12own a domain of the corpus. From here, what enters it is your call.

How we hire

Six steps, all remote. No screening scripts, no take-home busywork — a real case, close to the actual job. The full sequence is on the careers page.
