Product Owner

Own the path from pilot feedback to shipped product. You translate real enterprise needs into a focused roadmap and keep the team pointed at outcomes. The methodology is already decided — your job is what gets built next, and what does not.

What the work is

  • Sit close to the pilots. The roadmap comes from what you see there, not from a request queue.
  • Decide what does not get built. With a corpus this large, the constant pressure is to expose all of it; most of it should stay behind a model.
  • Write the specification that engineering and methodology can both work from — the same document, no translation layer.
  • Hold the release. Nothing ships that cannot be traced back to a model and forward to an outcome.
  • Report honestly upward. When a pilot is not working, the company hears it from you first.

What we are looking for

What the role needs

Without these, the role cannot be done.

  • You have owned a B2B or enterprise product through real releases, with real customers who could leave.
  • The ability to say no to a plausible request and explain why in one paragraph.
  • Enough fluency in both directions — methodology and engineering — to be trusted by both.
  • Fluent English.

What helps

Genuinely optional. Apply without them.

  • Background in strategy consulting or transformation work; you will recognise the customer.
  • Experience with a product whose value is its rigour rather than its speed.
  • German, for pilot work in the DACH region.

Your first ninety days

So you know what we expect, and when.

  1. Weeks 1–4meet every pilot. Come back with the three things they all struggle with.
  2. Weeks 5–8own the next release: scope it, cut it, ship it.
  3. Weeks 9–12the roadmap for the coming two quarters is yours, and you can defend every line of it.

How we hire

Six steps, all remote. No screening scripts, no take-home busywork — a real case, close to the actual job. The full sequence is on the careers page.
