The Strategy-to-Outcome Platform

Strategy is the hardest work a company does.
It is also the last one still done without a system.
That is what we came to change.

What we believe in

Every business function has its system.
Strategy is next.

  • FinanceERP
  • CustomersCRM
  • Strategynext

Strategy is the most consequential work a company does, and it is the only work still run on slides, threads and the memory of whoever was in the room.

~35% of transformations reach their goals — BCG, more than 850 companies · correlational.

We do not believe that number is a fact of life.
We believe it is what happens when the most important work in a company is the only work with no system behind it.

Turn strategy from a gamble into a discipline.

Leading practices, applied the same way every time, by the people who own the outcome.

Make winning strategies the norm.

The exception should be the initiative that fails, not the one that lands.

Put the world's business wisdom to work.

Fifteen years of codified methodology, published, and now running as software.

A world where good strategies don't die in execution.

The idea is rarely the problem. The distance between the idea and the outcome is.

The change we want to make in this world

We're here to change how the world changes its organizations.

Not to advise more of them, and not to run their change for them. To give them the system, so they can run it themselves, and so the capability stays where the work happens.

Enable every organization to change successfully.

That is the whole ambition, and it is larger than any single company, including ours.

“By 2030, running strategy without a system will look as absurd as running finance without ERP.”

This is not a claim we inherited.
We developed the leading practices, and we are building the system that runs it.
The people below are the ones doing it.

Behind the system

The corpus does not maintain itself.

Every model in the library is reviewed, validated and kept current by people who have applied it in the field. That review is why the system can be trusted, and it is the part no engine replaces.

Next step

You would be working with these five.

There is no account manager in between. The first conversation is with the people who build the platform and answer for it.
