Grounded AI

Grounded AI is artificial intelligence that produces outputs anchored in verified, retrievable sources rather than generating text from statistical patterns alone, so every answer rests on real evidence that can be located and confirmed.

Grounding constrains the model. Instead of composing a fluent guess, the system retrieves relevant, trusted material and builds its answer on top of it. The result stays tethered to fact.

This is the direct antidote to invention. An ungrounded model can produce a confident, wrong answer with no way to tell. A grounded one shows its sources, so accuracy can be checked.

For enterprises, grounding is what separates a demo from a system you can put in front of a client.
