The Strategy-to-Outcome Platform

Strategy is the last big business function without a system.
That ends now.

Press and media resources: what we stand for, where we are taking this, and every line you can quote.

Where we are taking this

Strategy is the only major business function that never got a system of its own. It still runs on slides, threads, workshops and consulting days, and most initiatives miss their goals.

Digital Leadership spent fifteen years codifying how strategic work is actually done, published the method, and then built the software that runs it. Axibra Results is the result.

Change how the world changes its organizations. That is what the company is for.
By 2030, running strategy without a system will look as absurd as running finance without ERP.

Fifteen years of strategy method, published in Chinese —
and now running as software

“How to Create Innovation” has appeared in simplified Chinese. The company that wrote the method is building the system that runs it.

Digital Leadership AG has published “How to Create Innovation” in simplified Chinese. The edition appeared in Beijing with China Industry & Commerce Press in January 2026, translated by Fang Gang, and follows the English original published by Wiley in 2024.

The book puts fifteen years of codified methodology into one volume: the models, the sequence, and the reasoning behind both. Behind it stand the UNITE Models, a library of 200+ leading practices downloaded more than 100,000 times without a marketing budget.

The Chinese edition marks the halfway point of a longer move. Digital Leadership spent fifteen years working out how strategic work is actually done, wrote it down, and published it. It is now building the software that runs it.

Why it matters

Strategy is the only major business function that never got a system of its own. Finance has ERP. Customers have CRM. Strategy still runs on slides, threads, workshops and consulting days.

The cost of that gap is measured. Around 35% of transformations reach their goals — BCG, more than 850 companies · correlational. 88% miss their ambition — Bain Transformation & Change Survey 2024, 400+ executives.

What the company is building

Axibra Results is the system for strategy: the published methodology and a formal model of the enterprise, run as software by an organization’s own people. The load-bearing step is deterministic and runs locally, with no language-model call in sequencing the methodology into an executable plan. Every step traces back to the leading practice it came from and to the customer’s own inputs.

The book publishes the models. It does not publish the knowledge model, the routing logic, or the validated manifests — that is what the engine runs on.

Certification is in progress.

Where this is going

Change how the world changes its organizations.

By 2030, running strategy without a system will look as absurd as running finance without ERP.

“I believe the purpose of all life is to evolve. For me personally it means to develop people and organizations. This is what I spend my time on.”

Quotable

Finance has ERP. Customers have CRM. Strategy has nothing. Axibra Results is the system for strategy.
What you decide, happens.
Axibra Results guides — it doesn’t guess.
The machine does the heavy lifting — so your people can refocus on what matters.

Boilerplate — short

Organizations use Axibra Results to run strategy as software: their own people, more successful initiatives, knowledge that stays in-house. Built on 15 years of proven method. A product of Digital Leadership AG.

Boilerplate — long

Axibra Results is the first system to design strategy as software: organizations use it to design the right strategy and carry it through to outcome — run by their own people, with the machine doing the heavy lifting. More initiatives succeed, in less time and at lower cost, and the knowledge stays in the house. Every step is grounded in validated leading practices, deterministic and auditable. It is built on fifteen years of codified methodology — published by Wiley, downloaded more than 100,000 times without a marketing budget — by Digital Leadership AG.
