Enterprise AI differs from consumer AI in what it must guarantee. It runs against internal data, integrates with existing systems, and produces output that people act on. That raises the bar on access control, auditability, and accuracy.
The hardest part is not the model. It is grounding the model in a company's own knowledge, keeping results traceable to source, and giving leaders confidence that an answer can be defended. General-purpose chat cannot do this on its own. An LLM without a governed model of the business guesses; grounded in one, its answers can be traced.
Mature enterprise AI treats correctness and provenance as requirements, not features. It is grounded, not guessed.
