Executable Methodology

An executable methodology is a business method encoded in a form a system can act on directly — selecting it for the right context, combining it with other methods, and generating concrete project steps from it — rather than a static framework that requires a human to interpret and apply.

A traditional methodology is a reference. Someone reads it, judges where it fits, and translates it into a plan by hand. An executable methodology removes that manual bridge. The method itself carries the logic needed to instantiate real work.

This means a system can pick the appropriate framework for a given strategic context, sequence its steps, and produce an actionable workstream. The method moves from shelf to engine.

For enterprises, this makes proven approaches repeatable at scale without diluting them.
