Business Framework

A business framework is a structured, reusable model that organises how a team analyses a problem, makes a decision, or executes work, giving a repeatable shape to activity that would otherwise be improvised and hard to compare across projects.

Frameworks range from simple canvases to full operating models. Each one encodes a point of view: which variables matter, in what order, and how they relate. A good framework is not a template to fill in blindly. It is a lens that forces the right questions and makes assumptions explicit.

Enterprises use frameworks to align distributed teams on a common method. Consulting leaders use them to compress hard-won judgement into a shape a junior team can apply and a client can follow.
