The case
It is impossible today to talk about innovation or transformation without highlighting the integrated nature of the key building blocks, including strategy, ecosystem and Business Models; culture, engagement and experience; process and structure; technology and data; and Value Proposition and Value Chain. At the same time, many people think that digitalization is limited to technology, design or processes. This is not the case. In fact, we have to consider and understand digitalization as a holistic effort.
The mechanics
