I completely re-evaluated the role of innovation in business growth: before reading this book I have to admit I thought it only entailed product new features and technologies enhancements, while now I see it has everything to do with meeting customer needs and uncovering a business USP, which automatically translates in sales! Could not recommend it more!

Why we use it

Each circle should be able to work in a maximally self-organized way.
However, people also need rules and guidance in their work, which the colleagues establish with the constitution of a circle.

How It Works

At the first working meeting the colleagues work out their constitution based on their work order given by the founding circle. The seven recommended elements of the constitution require a 2h working session.

What is the goal of the model?

A clear setup of a new organizational circle. The colleagues have agreed on the scope of work, the meeting and learning rhythms in order to fulfill their purpose. It is agreed which colleagues work how much time in this circle and which roles they take on. Each constitution is public which allows self-organized resource management and to ensure the purpose of each circle matches the overall value creation.
