I completely re-evaluated the role of innovation in business growth: before reading this book I have to admit I thought it only entailed product new features and technologies enhancements, while now I see it has everything to do with meeting customer needs and uncovering a business USP, which automatically translates in sales! Could not recommend it more!

Why we use it

The circles in the business, service and coordination rings need an instrument enabling them to actively and continuously shape the development of the organization and help it evolve.

How It Works

A Kanban Board (Company Board) contains concerns, issues and ideas that cannot be solved by existing processes. These can be changes as how the organization operates, escalations or also changes at existing or even new products.
Each circle, each circle segment and each market segment operates its own company board.
If a matter cannot be resolved within the circle because it exceeds their competencies, knowledge, budget or other guardrails, it is passed on to the next inner Company Board. This escalation process continues until the board with the appropriate decision rights has been reached. Colleagues from the direct value creation circles should be systematically involved and encouraged in this process to constantly shape the organization.

What is the goal of the model?

Adapt to the market as quickly and sustainably as possible.

We want to maximize the decentralized development of opportunities across the organization, only limited by framework conditions such as budget and other key guardrails.

The ultimate outcome is an agile and self-learning organization.
