Digital Leadership is now Axibra

The name changes, the address changes, and the consulting days are gone. The models, the book and the team stay.

Digital Leadership is now Axibra, and our address moves with the name: from digitalleadership.com to axibra.com. The company behind it is unchanged. Digital Leadership AG remains the legal entity and the sender named in the footer of every page and every email we send.

The second change carries more weight than the first.

We no longer sell consulting days. We sell the system that replaces them.

A consulting day is the most expensive way to move a strategy forward, and the least durable one. It produces a deck, a workshop and an opinion, and it produces them again the next time, because nothing from the last round is still executable. Still slides, AI threads and workshops. Nothing carries over, and nothing outlives the people who made it. What our clients bought was never the days. It was the method. The method is now software, and they run it themselves.

Strategy is the last handmade process in your company

Finance has run on a system for decades. So has the customer relationship. Strategy never got one. It still runs on documents, meetings and chat threads, assembled by hand every time and abandoned at the end of the quarter.

Axibra closes that gap. It is The Strategy System. You give it your context: a request for proposal, a strategy brief, your own documents. It returns the project workflow and the applied methods, business model, operating model and the rest, filled in on your data, quality-checked, and traceable back to the source. Client-ready results, not chat. Built on the UNITE methodology.

Leading practices, run as software your people operate. That is the whole idea, and it is why the name had to change.

Why the switch, and why now

You knew Digital Leadership as a consultancy that also published a stack of UNITE models and wrote a book. That description no longer fits. The software has never been on the market under any name, it needs one, and a house that sells a system should not be named after the business it left behind.

So this is a switch, not an addition. Axibra is the core of what we do. The strategy work we used to bill by the day is now a product your own people operate, in your own house, on your own data.

What stays

The UNITE models stay. They remain UNITE’s, published under the UNITE name, and nothing about them moves.

The book stays. How to Create Innovation, published by Wiley and China Industry & Commerce Press, is where the models were written down, and it continues to do that job.

The team stays. The people you have worked with are the people who built the system.

And Digital Leadership AG stays: the name on the contract, and the sender in the footer.

UNITE was always the methodology, never the software. It remains the methodology. Axibra is what runs it.

What we ask of you

If strategy is on your desk this year, ask us for a working session with your team. Not a pitch and not a proposal: your own initiative, on the system, with your own people in the room. Before anything is signed.
