Framework Orchestration

Framework orchestration is the practice of connecting multiple business frameworks into a coherent sequence, so the output of one becomes the input to the next, and a complex initiative moves through a chain of methods rather than a set of disconnected exercises.

Real work rarely fits one framework. A strategy engagement might move from opportunity analysis to a business model canvas, to a value proposition, to an operating model, to a delivery plan. Orchestration defines how these hand off, what carries forward, and where they connect.

Done well, orchestration removes the seams. Insight from an early step is preserved and reused downstream instead of being re-derived. The whole engagement holds together as one logic.
