The mechanics
In der ersten Arbeitssitzung erarbeiten die Kolleginnen und Kollegen ihre Constitution auf Basis des Arbeitsauftrags, den ihnen der gründende Kreis mitgegeben hat. Die sieben empfohlenen Elemente der Constitution erfordern eine zweistündige Arbeitssitzung.

Ein klarer Aufbau eines neuen Organisationskreises. Die Kolleginnen und Kollegen haben sich auf den Arbeitsumfang sowie die Meeting- und Lernrhythmen geeinigt, um ihren Zweck zu erfüllen. Es ist festgelegt, welche Kolleginnen und Kollegen wie viel Zeit in diesem Kreis arbeiten und welche Rollen sie übernehmen. Jede Constitution ist öffentlich einsehbar, was ein selbstorganisiertes Ressourcenmanagement ermöglicht und sicherstellt, dass der Zweck jedes Kreises mit der übergeordneten Wertschöpfung übereinstimmt.
