Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, wanted to bring the first full-service online pharmacy to market that would also sell prescription drugs. The technical requirements were extremely complex: a product catalog of over 100,000 drugs; countless interfaces to doctors, pharmacies & insurance companies; complex workflows.​

​The project was highly challenging on the business side as well: defining the target business model; market surveys; developing a new brand right up to go-to-market definition.

Development of a new offering: Leading financial services institution​

Creating a new approach to financing & purchasing a property​

A leading international financial service company asked itself whether it should create a major real estate financing portal to support its prime product: housing loans. We reframed this question to “let‘s conduct research to see if people are interested in (immediate) online financing,” & built a Minimum Viable Product to validate this question. The MVP was actually included in a property portal, thereby enabling us to validate quantitatively whether this strategy made sense before making an investment of Euros in the eight-digit range. The final MVP proofed to be so successful that the organization decided to invest! Ever since, we have accompanied the division in building out its new offering, which has achieved stellar ratings in all app stores.​

Creating a new type of telco that customers love​

A large multi-country telecommunication carrier asked two essential questions: “why do customers hate telco carriers in general?” &, in case it was able to answer this question, “how can we consequently disrupt the European telco market?”​

Our contribution: We hit the streets &spoke with real people trying to understand why they didn’t like telcos. Based on several key insights, we came up with a business concept that has the potential to disrupt the European telco market, & supported the concept through a minimum viable product (MVP). The concept has already been validated by key regulatory authorities.​​
