Culture and organization
Culture is the first reason transformations fail. Axibra keeps the organizational side of a decision in view instead of leaving it to chance.
See how it worksThe Mindset Spectrum is the basis of our model of cultural transformation. It shows us how an individual’s mindset evolves as they grow and how humankind’s mindset has also evolved over the course of history. An innovation culture requires a green/teal mindset. This model is the key to understanding how to get there.

The package

The case
Because organizations tend not to pay attention to mindset, they do not have a robust framework for understanding how different mindsets lead to different outcomes. We use the Mindset Spectrum as a tool to categorize different aspects of a group according to the different ways its members view the world. By doing so, we can identify the mindset behind our choices and actions and work to change it.
The mechanics
As humans grow, they develop different cognitive and emotional capabilities that allow them to deal with increasingly complex and nuanced situations. As a result, we often see worldviews as natural and unchanging. But, we can break through to a new level when pushed by outside circumstances. This also happens as we grow up. It is also how societies and organizations evolve. This model connects individual, group, organization, and societal growth across the spectrum from red to teal. This corresponds to an evolution from a focus on oneself to a focus on the integrated system, and from a focus on security to a focus on purpose. This model informs the entire cultural development process outlined in How to CREATE INNOVATION.
The purpose
What is the goal of the model?
Clarity about the roots of our behaviors. Without an integrated model that allows us to better understand our behaviors and how they impact fears, mindsets, communication, and structure, it remains difficult to understand how to change a culture effectively. That is why most cultural change is accidental. In order to take charge of our innovation culture, we need to connect the dots – and this is what this model allows us to do.
Beyond the download
The PDF is yours to keep. But a model changes something only when it touches the work — and that is what Axibra does with it. The model becomes the structure your decisions are made in, and every outcome stays traceable back to the input it came from.
In practice
For years we applied this model by hand, in client engagements. It now runs inside Axibra.

From here on
Axibra is where these models run. It carries a decision through to the work that follows it, and keeps every result traceable back to the input it came from. If you would rather start with a conversation, we are one call away.
Strategy does not fail in the thinking. It fails in the handover.
